wat can i say abt the day that has just passed?! so rubbishy!!! from the first instant when we landed on Sentosa, our luck was flying to dunno where...for those who may be lost at this stage, i went to Sentosa with Trina and Angel to apply for the Sentosa Islander Card, the membership card that will allow us to enter Sentosa FOC for one full yr and on top of that, we are entitled to a lot of discounts...it matters ok, cos the stuff on Sentosa all not very cheap lor...anyway, thats besides the point...what i wanna say is that we look like complete idiots on Sentosa Island! firstly, our gd fren Angel dint even know we had landed on Sentosa when the bus stopped us at the Visitor Arrival Centre[VAC]...Ok thats still not too bad...oh yea, we took the island guide which showed the map of the island...so we found the place to supposedly apply for the card, cos the address showed exist on the map...33 Allanbrooke Rd, where the Sentosa Office is...ok, then being so confident that it's really the place to go and apply for our cards, we took the monorail from the VAC and set off gg ard the island...the monorail had to go one big round before arriving at the Allanbrooke area. think it took abt almost half an hr, if i'm not wrong...then we got down the monorail, walk towards the back of the monorail station and saw the golf course...looking at our map, we saw that the office might be still a long way down the road, cos the whole stretch was called "Allanbrooke Road"...so we reckoned we'd just walk up the slope and down, and we might find the building we were searching for. but as we walked, we only saw SPA Botanica and sum other club stuff...and down the slope we went and we were already at the eastern end of Palawan Beach...then, we looked at the map again...we were on the wrong track...so we took the internal Sentosa bus and the driver say he can bring us to Allanbrooke Rd...and u know what?! the office we were looking is right at the back when we arrived at the Monorail station....! Must be Angel's fault cos there was this sign at the road: "Caution: Peacocks Crossing"...she must haf distracted me and trina from our aim cos we were too busy explaining to her that there were real peacocks, cos u know what?! Angel tot that "peacocks crossing" were along the same line as "zebra crossing"...nvm shall not dwell on that too much cos it just makes me sigh...anyway, so when we found the Sentosa Office, we told the cashier we wanted to apply for the card...And u know what was his reply? "Oh this one u just tell the counter at the VAC and they'll gif u a temp card" omg...we looked like stupid idiots...go one whole round just to return back to the VAC where we started off??? like what the shit!!! so we walked to the bus stop on 13 Allanbrooke Rd...supposed to take the internal shuttle bus again...but our luck didnt get any better, cos the bus didnt stop there, it stopped right across the road...so we had to cross, like the peacocks...haha...ok at least the bus was fully-airconditioned, better than the monorail! k then after we settled the Card application stuff, we headed back for mainland Singapore...ate at the Harbourfront shopping centre, aiya dunno whats the shopping centre called lar, but we ate there...seeing E-zone just beside the food court, we decided to make it an Arcade day oso...in the arcade oso can play pool, so we decided to go for that after playing sum arcade games...angel improved in the puck game...then we crossed over to the pool place...the gd thing abt it is the place is virtually empty, so even if we make mistakes, nobody else will laff at us...boy, was i in a for a ride...cos i felt like the most stupid person in E-zone when i started the playing the real game...Yahoo!Pool is so far off from the real thing...at least got lines for guidance! argh i'm like the lousiest in pool among the three of us...Angel was not bad...Trina was the Tyco Queen, so she all had most of the luck...but me was, plain lousy! sadz...we played for 2 hrs and they found out i couldnt steady my hand, n i'll last min jerk so my angle of aim will just change and not hit the ball at all! but the last 20mins were better...at least i was hitting stuff...angel say i just need practice...haha practice pool??? overall the pool experience was fun cos at least i found out abt the diff bet online pool and the real one...and we laffed a lot oso...so yea the hours after we got out of Sentosa was more fun for me...k i'm tired to type anything more...so i'll just end off here i guess...
