hey bloggie! me here to write abt the Euro 2004 final...well, i'm kinda neutral abt this morning's match, except for the fact tat me dun really like this portuguese guy called cristiano ronaldo...dun ask me the reason cos i think i'f said it before to some ppl...but anyway, hmm he cried at the end of the match...guess its still the teenager in him...this is like the first major tournament for him and he went all the way to the final, but lost it to the underdog, Greece...oh well, if it was me out at the pitch this morning and playing for portugal, think i would haf cried too...hmm i sound like i'm empathising with him...ok nvm, altho yea i dun like him for certain reasons, guess since we'r of the same age, guess i shdnt be that evil...i've tasted what its like to almost win it but never got there...that was in the 2002 badz tournament...altho its just a teeny-weeny tournament compared to sth int'l like the Euro Cup, guess the feeling's almost the same...sigh...shant dwell on this anymore cos it only brings back the sad memories of the loss...on to funnier stuff...more like absurd i guess...there were only abt 5-10mins left to the game when this barca fan came right across the field and threw the barca flag, or whatever it was, towards luis figo...shd be a barca fan lar cos i kinda recognise the barca colors...oh man, such a stupid act it was...he ran right across and ended his act by crashing right into the goal net...like what nonsense to throw ur own face during a major final...haha but whats funnier is the guards or watever they'r called were like middle-aged men who cant even run fast enuff that the mad fan was let loose until he ran right into the net...the portuguese police force shd do sth abt this yea...at least like use fitter and younger men at the perimeters of the pitch in case mad fans like the one in this final come running across the pitch to create havoc...anyway, what i haf to say is, Man does bear grudges....how else dya explain the barca fan running across the field and throwing the barca flag or towel at figo's face???
