hey bloggie...didnt haf the time to blog the past few days...had wanted to write abt the TKGS gathering but was pretty tired last nite so i didnt blog...anyway, the gathering was a bit below my expectation...which is quite sad...thought the food will be catered or sth, cos i remember shikin saying sth abt catering...we paid $10 for gdness' sake...oh well, perhaps the budget was quite small, and looking at the turnout, there werent as many ppl ard as when i last saw in the O level exam hall in TK[the gathering was supposed to be a reunion thingy for the batch that graduated from TKGS in 2001]...sigh, and what was funnier was that i hanged out with my sec 2 clas instead, not my sec 4 class lor...but, altho the food was just so-so[i just liked the samosa], think the gd part was that we got to meet up with our TK frens...well, found out that half the world's gg NUS arts...haha we'r gg to see one another again ard the sch, so yea it'll be like reliving the TK days, except that NUS is so huge that the chances of me meeting my dear frens are like reduced by what, more than half??? oh no, thinking of the TK days, yea it was damn fun...shouting across the corridor from one end to the other, bumping into ppl almost anywhere[those whom u dun mind bumping into n those whom u mind bumping into also included]...it was just much smaller so there wasnt anywhere to hide from those u might not wanna see...on the other hand, NUS is so huge lor...i walked and walked...i dun even see a soul that i know, not even when i reached the arts fac area...sad case...anyway, hope to get to know more ppl during O week so that my uni life wun be that boring...
On to today....went for Rag but dint do anything assoc with Rag...all i did was attend a talk which i believe was supposed to cater to the graduating students...cos they were talking abt jobs and what not...luckily the speakers were not like the boring type so i kinda survived in the seminar rm, or whatever its called...but the stupid me left the souvenir in the washroom...we could choose between a mug and an umbrella and i chose the mug...well, i headed straight to the washroom after the talk cos i felt quite cold...and after doing what u usually do in the toilet, i forgot all abt the mug box which i conveniently left in the toilet...man...i must try to be less forgetful lor...oh yea talking abt forgetfulness, i oso forgot to take the t-shirt which i bought and put in Angel Koh's bag while we travelled ard the island yest...ok this means i'm a really forgetful person...so frens, try to do ur part when i leave things in ur bag yea? hehe...anyway i'm blessed with good frens, so i guess i dun usually haf to worry abt this...so frens, stay the way u are and continue to remind the forgetful me when need be yea? thankies...
