sigh i'm really feeling cold....i just came back from the toilet...the tap water was damn cold lor...and its one of the rare days that i need to wear a windbreaker while using the comp...that means its really cold yea...anyway like i've said in the previous post, i pressed the wrong key on my bro's lappy so 3/4 of what i wanted to say just now was gone...n thank gdness my comp is cured now...but had to do a recovery to get things right lor...now haf to reinstall microsoft office and the basic stuff i need like printer and scanner...i shall not bother myself with that now cos currently dun need to use those stuff yet...k i shall go on to wat's been happening the past few days....to sum it up in one word:
BUSY. first 2 days of the week i was at sentosa...third day went shopping for stuff with angel and trina, plus tuition in the evening. 4th and fifth day was spent at precamp...Orientation Week precamp that is...had to go for medical checkup too in the past 2 days...definitely very busy...ok anyway, the focus right now is the checkup...the NUS doc found an extra heart sound when she checked my heartbeat...then she asked me to go to the polyclinic for further tests...well, the polyclinic irritated the hell out of me! i spent 3 whole hours at the clinic ok! the waiting time was so terrible...and it didnt help that i had to go for the ECG test[to check the heartbeat] where the queue was damn long...sigh i missed like half a day of my precamp lor...anyway, i still haf to go for further tests so they haf referred me to a specialist. in the meantime, i'll just pray evrything will turn out fine, since the polyclinic doc said its just a soft murmur...so it cd just be a functional murmur, which is caused by the blood rushing thru my heart, not that my heart cant pump correctly or anything...yea so thats abt it for the checkup...
as for the precamp, the games were fun...and packing the matriculation fair goodie bag...gdness packing that resulted in muscle ache for me so yea it was damn tiring...but it was fun, seeing many ppl all helping to pack the stuff....i was at the "counter" in which we tie the goodie bags into packs of 10...pls dun think i got muscle ache from that...cos before we cd pack the stuff, we had 2 bring the goodies out of the arts club room first...passing on 1000 over goodies is not funny lor...magazines, drinks, boxes with vouchers....i was practically turning my waist right and left every second....cos we form a human chain...then we'd pass the things from the first person to the last person to where it shd be placed for packing...it's been a long time since i last had a "proper" muscle ache ok...my forearms are still aching right now. but it was definitely an experience...i nv pack so much stuff in my life before, except for maybe when i was moving house....even then, we dint pack all at one go, cos we pack bit by bit like months before moving...so, packing the goodie bags was a new experience for me...
to add on abt the precamp, i liked the games alot...well my personal favourite is the catching game cos it brings back lotsa memories...maybe trina wd find this familiar...the players wd form a circle...evryone wd haf a partner on their side....then there'll be a catcher....when the catcher taps ur partner, u'll haf to run for ur life and tap another person so u'll be safe...wonder why it brings back memories? cos that was the very game i always played when i was training back in TK. it was a game to wake us up when we haf trainings early in the morning...n no matter how scary it was to be the wan running, think almost everybody enjoyed it everytime we played...cos u get to sabo ppl whom u think shd run around...lol...anyway i hope i'll enjoy the O week along with the other freshies...think thats abt it for now...cos i need sum rest...my eyes are closing anytime[its now 2.37am]...
