WHO INVENTED HIGH-HEELED SHOES?!
argh...yest was such a torture travelling ard in those heels...only in this kinda occasion do i wish i have roller blades or skates or whatever that allows me to walk from place to place faster without much pain. cos heels definitely cause me pain. and muddy slopes at a new housing estate with no concrete paths didnt help either. it was such an unglam moment man. Me, in my kebaya, walking up a couple of muddy slopes with bare feet and the shoes in my hand. ugh...luckily it was at night...if in the day, it wd have been more unglam since any person within a 100m radius wd have seen me doing that. and it didnt help that the new housing estate is at bukit gombak, with emphasis on the word
bukit. i had to walk the muddy slopes which were in abundance ard that area. if only my dad was working last night. anyway, my father is a taxi-driver, so if he has the taxi, we dun need to walk ard too much. but too bad yesterday was sum other driver's shift, so we had to take the bus[cos my parents dun really like travelling on the MRT, for various reasons]. hope yesterday was the end of the muddy business...poor shoes too actually, cos i had tried walking in them for a few steps up the slopes and they went sinking into the muddy slope [ I had thought it was dry mud or whatever u call it] . the new pair of shoes are hence muddy at the heels...eee i just cant stand the unglamour-ness of the whole episode...
