Quotable quotes I see

"Losing one's own confidence causes a person to fall into confusion, which is hell...To maintain one's confidence, the most important thing is stamina."

    tired...blistered....

yes i am v tired now. 3 hrs of racket sports this afternoon tired me out like shit. not that it was anything intensive or what...it was just squash and badminton at a leisurely pace. sick lar, i'm really getting old. even when my birthday has not arrived yet, i oredi felt old when i found myself lacking the energy just now. and it didnt help that my racket string broke...do strings break? aiya whatever lar but u get what i mean. in the past, whenever my racket string broke, it was relatively easy to get it re-strung. in the east, there seems to be more racket/sport shops. but now, haha i dun even see a proper restringing place around my area lor. anyway, i dunno when i'll get my racket restrung but i will do it sumtime. btw i dunno why i didnt notice the the string had already broken before i left my house. maybe i was sleepy when i packed my bag, cos i thought the racket was well and fine. maybe cos the string broke at the side of the racket, so i didnt notice it. usually the string breaks in the middle of the racket, so i find it weird that now its broken at the side. k lets forget about the badminton racket. was planning to get a squash racket since it'll be easier if i'm going to play squash with my frens...no need to borrow racket. but i think its too expensive a birthday present, so i think i'll buy it for myself after sem 2...when i've found a job, if God permits...i sure wanna earn lots of money during that long vacation man...haha

oh btw, while in sch, we dropped by the science forum to donate stuff to the tsunami-hit countries. i think the situation is quite pathetic, cos me and my frens were the first group to donate stuff! the donation box[for cash donations] was not really filled and there was nothing resembling donations-in-kind. v pathetic...

then i met my TJ badminton senior at the donation booth...he's a medical student, but he doesnt look like one. ok i haf no idea what medical students should look like actually, but my senior ,yet yen, just doesnt look like a medical student lar. his haircolor and hairstyle...haha at first i didnt even recognise him. he looked at me as if i knew him. then i tried to recall...haha only after like the 2nd or 3rd glance did i realise it was yet yen my senior! he was even in my group for the Taman Negara trip we had in yr 1 in TJ...and i couldnt recognise him just becos his hair is of a different color now. i wonder how i'll recognise ppl i know when i turn 50...

k i'm tired...and the blocked nose doesnt help. been having sleepless nights cos of the blocked nose. toss here n there but still cant get to sleep cos i cant even breathe properly. btw, my nose bled again this morning after i blew my nose too hard. i just couldnt stand myself in the "blocked-nose" state, so i tried blowing my nose to see whether it will help. of cos it didnt help. i scared myself early in the morning when i saw the first piece of tissue paper turn bloody. i stopped blowing my nose and just dabbed it with another piece of tissue paper. it was even bloodier. sick lar...so i went to get ice to stop the bleeding. when i tot it had slowed down, i just put another piece of paper up my nose, but some more blood in the clotted state came out. i hate myself when i blow my nose. but i also dun like having mucus block my nose at night...i just want to sleep peacefully and rise and shine the next morning without a blocked nose...
